Quick Access to Information
From account balances to check images to loan documents, browser-based Premier Inquiry menus deliver instant access to every bit of customer information available in Premier. All inquiry programs reside on application servers for easier upgrade and maintenance, and the only workstation requirement is a browser, which brings down the cost of ownership.
Premier Inquiry uses hyperlinks to access information in other Premier modules or applications where information is stored. These seamless integration points reduce training costs while providing maximum access to information with minimum effort.
Customized Information
Customer information is key to building and maintaining profitable customer relationships, and Premier provides unprecedented flexibility to store, access and display customer information by enabling financial institutions to create new "dynamic" flex data fields for each account management application - CIS, DDA, SAV, COD and LAS.
Network-wide EIM Access
By processing NSF items, returned items, suspect stop pay items and other non-post items online, Exception Item Module (EIM) saves considerable time compared to processing these items manually. EIM also provides a high degree of control over exception items by generating a complete audit trail with reports and notices.
Tight Security
Premier provides protected access to information with case-sensitive access codes and passwords, multiple center level access codes and a group-level security parameter to simplify new user set-up.
Transaction Control
Premier expands command of transactions by utilizing external transaction codes to control service charging, Regulation E transactions, inactive and dormant account status changes, and transaction restrictions. Integration with the Transaction Management System (TMS) also simplifies transaction management and training by utilizing default transaction codes and provides quick, easy entry of non-cash transactions and assessment of transaction fees.
Enhanced Lending Capabilities
Establishing and converting notes with multiple repayment schedules and automatic repayment calculation is simple with the Pending Schedule tab. In addition, fees and costs that earn interest on a straight-line method can be deferred beyond the maturity date of a note, providing greater flexibility in charging fees and expensing costs. Premier also provides multiple payoff options and the ability to perform a payoff override.
